User Data Deletion Instructions
Standard compliance protocol for WhatsApp Cloud API & Meta Platform user data.
In accordance with Meta Platform terms and global privacy guidelines (including GDPR and CCPA), tktowa provides a simple, direct mechanism for users to request the permanent deletion of their data.
How to Request Complete Data Deletion
- Visit our Support Center: Navigate to the tktowa Support Form.
- Select Inquiry Category: In the inquiry dropdown, select “User Data Deletion Request”.
- Provide Your Details: Enter the WhatsApp phone number (with country code) and the email address associated with your conversions or Pro account.
- Submit Request: Once submitted, our automated database compliance worker will permanently purge:
- Your phone number from WhatsApp Cloud API delivery logs
- Your Google account record and session tokens
- All historical conversion analytics tied to your identifier
Automatic Transient Purges
Ephemeral Sticker Media: We never retain user sticker media. Uploaded images and generated WebP files are kept in memory only for the duration of the conversion and are deleted immediately upon delivery to WhatsApp.
Processing Timeframe: Manual deletion requests submitted through the form are processed within 48 business hours.
