1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tktowa (“the Service”), accessible from https://tktowa.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description & Usage Quotas

tktowa allows users to convert digital sticker media into WhatsApp-compliant WebP stickers and receive them via WhatsApp Click-to-Chat automation.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions for any image, video, or sticker URL submitted for conversion. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringing upon copyright or trademark rights.

We do not claim ownership of user-submitted media. All converted media files are processed transiently and deleted immediately following delivery.

4. Pro Subscriptions & Payments

Payments for Pro subscriptions are processed securely by our authorized payment provider, Paystack. Subscriptions grant instant access to Pro features for a period of 30 days. Because converted stickers are delivered digitally in real time, fees are non-refundable once the monthly conversion quota has been utilized.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. tktowa shall not be held liable for temporary WhatsApp Cloud API service interruptions, network delays, or media delivery issues outside our direct control.
