1. Overview

tktowa (“we”, “us”) operates an automated media-to-sticker conversion platform. We convert user-submitted media (such as TikTok clips, animations, and image files) into WhatsApp-compliant WebP stickers and dispatch them via the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. Information We Collect

WhatsApp Phone NumberWhen you initiate a connection with our WhatsApp bot, Meta delivers your incoming WhatsApp phone number. This number is used strictly to deliver your requested sticker and verify your daily free usage allowance.
Media & Conversion InputsURLs or uploaded files submitted for conversion are held in transient memory buffers only while encoding into WhatsApp WebP specifications (512×512px). They are purged immediately upon conversion completion.
Google Account (Optional)If you choose to sign in to access Pro subscriptions, Google provides your name, email, and avatar. We do not receive or store Google passwords.

3. Data Use & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal phone numbers or user identities. Information is shared strictly with infrastructure providers necessary to execute the service:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: Receives sticker media payloads to deliver directly to your WhatsApp app.
  • Paystack: Processes Pro subscription transactions securely. We never store payment card data.

4. User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies and international privacy regulations, you have full control over your data.

Automatic Media Purge: Uploaded images and generated sticker WebP buffers are automatically purged from server memory upon delivery.
Local Client Session Reset: You can clear your linked phone number and active 24h lane at any time by clearing your browser cookies and site storage or tapping “Change sticker”.
Complete Database Purge Request: To permanently delete your WhatsApp number, conversion logs, and associated account profile from our database, submit a request via our Online Support Center selecting “User Data Deletion Request”. All records will be wiped within 48 hours.
